1. Shipping Information

  • Shipping Fees : There is a fixed shipping fee of 50 TL for all orders within Turkey. Shipping is free for orders above a certain amount.
  • Shipping Time : Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days for Turkey.
  • International Shipping : We currently only ship within Turkey. International shipping will be added soon.

2. Delivery Details

  • Shipping Company : Your orders are shipped via Yurt İçi Kargo (Domestic Shipping). Your tracking number will be sent to you via email after your order has been shipped.
  • Delivery Issues : If you experience any delay or problem with the delivery of your order, please contact us at info@purewith.com .

3. Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following return conditions apply:

  • Return Period : You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
  • Return Policy : Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Returns of opened hygiene products (cosmetics, skincare products, etc.) are not accepted.
  • Return Process : After you submit your return request to purewith@example.com , we will provide you with a return code and return address. You must send your return package to this address.

4. Return Shipping Fee

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; however, for faulty or defective products, return shipping costs are covered by us.

5. Refund

  • Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • You will be notified by email when your refund is approved. Credit card refund processing may take a few days depending on your bank.

6. Change Policy

  • If you wish to exchange a product, you need to return your order and place a new one. Once the return process is complete, your refund will be processed.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If the product you received is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will help you process your return or exchange quickly.
